When a patient visits the hospital, their information is first recorded in the system during registration. This includes personal details, medical history, and contact information. Once registered, the patient can be assigned to a doctor or scheduled for an appointment. Doctors can view patient records through their dashboard, update diagnoses, prescribe medication, and request laboratory tests directly within the system.
